Traditional – People have been making stock for thousands of years, and I make mine exactly the same way, using nothing but beef and free range chicken bones, local organically grown fresh vegetables and fresh herbs, Irish water, then simmering for hours to create an intense flavour which is the perfect base for everything from soups and stews to sauces and gravies, and even curries and risottos.
Quality – I use only the best local ingredients to ensure that I always produce premium quality stock. My beef stock is made from from the highest quality 100% Irish grass fed beef bones, my chicken is free range, and all my vegetables are locally grown and sourced.
Healthy – Great stock isn’t just about great-tasting meals. My stock is naturally low in sugar and salt, contains no additives or preservatives, and is gluten and soy free. My Beef Bone Broth is very protein-rich with 20g per 500ml pack and is also loaded with natural collagen having almost 9g per pack.
Healing – I simmer my stocks & broths for hours to ensure it’s packed full of all the vitamins and minerals which occur naturally in beef and chicken bones. Traditional stock can help soothe the digestive system, bolster the immune system, and can even help to promote healthy skin, hair, and nails.
